Privacy Policy.

Effective July 2, 2026. This page explains what Cronexa Academy collects, why, and how you can have it deleted.

01 —

Who we are

Cronexa Academy is operated by Cronexa Ventures, LLC, a company registered in Tennessee, USA. If you have questions about this policy or how your data is handled, email us at info@cronexa.io.

02 —

What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the product: your account email address; authentication data, which is kept and managed on our behalf by Amazon Cognito; and your video watch progress — the playback position and completion status for each video you watch. Payments are processed by Stripe, and payment records are handled entirely by Stripe — we never store them ourselves.

03 —

What we don't collect

We don't use advertising identifiers and we don't track you across other apps or websites. We never sell your personal data. The iOS app ships without any third-party analytics SDKs, so there's nothing quietly reporting your activity to an ad network or data broker.

04 —

Where your data lives

Account and progress data is stored on Amazon Web Services in the us-east-1 region. Video files are delivered through Cloudflare Stream, which handles streaming and playback on our behalf.

05 —

On the iOS app

Your sign-in tokens are stored in the device Keychain, which is encrypted by iOS and never leaves your device. If you download a video for offline viewing, it's saved on-device only — it's removed automatically when you delete the download or delete the app itself.

06 —

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: go to Account → Delete account. If you'd rather do it by email, write to info@cronexa.io. Deleting your account removes your sign-in credentials immediately; associated records — watch progress and subscription history — are deleted from our systems upon request at info@cronexa.io.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to how we collect or use your data, we'll update this page and note the new effective date at the top.
