Engineer what matters.
We build and run production infrastructure for companies that can't afford to get it wrong. If that sounds like your kind of problem, we'd love to talk.
Good work, fair deal, real ownership.
We're a small, distributed team. Everyone here ships. Here's what you get in return.
Remote, global, async-first
Work from wherever you do your best thinking. We overlap a few hours a day and write things down for the rest.
Work that ships
Real infrastructure for real customers. No slide decks, no imaginary roadmaps — you'll see your code running on day two.
Fair, transparent pay
Published rate bands by level and region. No negotiation gymnastics. Quarterly reviews, not annual surprises.
On-call that's humane
We carry pagers seriously — generous rotations, compensation on top of base, and we never ship broken systems to save face.
A handful of principles we actually follow.
Write it down or it didn't happen
Decisions go into ADRs. Incidents get postmortems. "I told you in Slack" is not a paper trail — it's lost context.
The system isn't done until it's observable
If you can't see it fail, you can't fix it. Dashboards, logs, and SLOs are part of the feature, not an afterthought.
Small, reversible, frequent
We prefer ten small deploys to one big one. Every change should be easy to undo. Feature flags are free.
Kindness scales better than ego
We review code with care, disagree in writing, and assume good intent. The best engineer on a team isn't usually the loudest.
Where we're hiring now.
All roles are full-time contract or direct-hire, depending on fit. Overlap with US business hours expected.
Don't see the right role? Send it anyway.
We read every application. A short note, a CV, and a link or two to something you're proud of is all we need.
